What Athlex offers, and what it publishes

Athlex publishes its prices. Its three data protection officer (DPO) packages cost £350, £650 and £950 a month plus VAT, with two, five and seven hours of support, and 10% off for a 12-month commitment. It also offers audits, risk assessments, subject access request handling, contract reviews and breach support.

Athlex names none of its staff and publishes no qualifications. Its About page says the team has led data protection programmes for FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies. It does not publish indemnity cover, any accreditation, or how it uses AI itself.

Athlex's three named testimonials come from Celnor Group, SISU Fitness Centre and Spurling Cannon Accountants; Spurling Cannon also appears in Athlex's registered address. The company was incorporated on 1 December 2024, so its trading history is short. Its privacy notice says it is registered with the ICO but gives no number. We found no Trustpilot profile.

  • Named client testimonials published, including Celnor Group, SISU Fitness Centre and Spurling Cannon Accountants
  • Practical SME focus with published support for common tool stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4) and start-up data-protection packs
