What DPO-Service offers, and what it publishes

DPO-Service no longer shows a price. Its pricing page said 'from £695/month' on 16 July 2026, but on 29 September 2026 it described a fixed monthly fee and a 30-day rolling contract with no figure. The service covers governance, policies, breach response, subject access requests, DPIAs and staff training.

DPO-Service does not name any of its people or publish their qualifications. It refers to a 'certified DPO' without saying who that is. It does not publish its professional indemnity cover, though its own guide tells buyers to check a provider's cover. The site does not give its operating company's registration number.

The service is 'Delivered by E2E Integration Ltd', an IT consultancy that also sells Cyber Essentials certification. Ask for named client references and the company number on your contract. The About page describes the service and sectors but gives no named client case studies.

What it publishes about fees 3/5 The pricing page describes a fixed monthly fee, a 30-day rolling contract and what the plan includes, but shows no figure for any plan (dpo-service.co.uk/pricing/, checked 2026-09-29). It showed 'from £695/month' on 16 July 2026.
Knowledge of your sector 2/5 Claims 'sector-specific experience' across multiple industries but publishes no named sector practices, sector practitioners or sector-specific published work (dpo-service.co.uk/about/, checked 2026-07-16).
Independence from what it sells 3/5 DPO-Service is 'Delivered by E2E Integration Ltd', an IT consultancy that also sells IT and Cyber Essentials services; the relationship is disclosed in the footer but its bearing on advice is not explained (dpo-service.co.uk footer and e2e-integration.co.uk, checked 2026-07-16).
Who carries the risk if the advice is wrong 1/5 No PI insurance or engagement liability terms disclosed for the firm itself on any page checked, even though its own guide advises verifying providers' PI cover (checked 2026-07-16).
