What JBW Group International offers, and what it publishes

You get named, qualified people. The chief executive, Brock Griffin, lists CISSP, CISA, CDPSE and ISO 27001 lead auditor among his credentials. Its AI-governance pages name two consultants as certified ISO 42001 lead auditors. In a press release, the firm says Antares Management Solutions, a Medical Mutual of Ohio subsidiary, reached ISO 27001 certification with JBW directing the work.

JBW Group International does not publish a price. Its compliance service comes in three monthly bands of hours, from 10 to 15 up to 35 or more, with no dollar figures. It does not say whether it holds professional liability insurance. It sells AI-governance advice but does not say how it uses AI itself.

We found no software sold alongside the advice; work is sold as hours or a monthly retainer. The Better Business Bureau lists its start date as 31 January 2022, rates it A+ and shows no closed complaints in three years. Its Trustpilot page has no reviews. The firm says it has a 100% first-time ISO audit pass rate.
